“Kandice Carson was our tech today. I started with your co about 4 months ago and have not seen any activity on the traps that were set. Kandice came today and did a very through check of my house (she is the only one who has done that). Set more traps where she saw droppings and also set 2 outside traps. I was very pleased with the service she provided.”

“Do NOT use this company. I previously rated this company 5 stars and that is ONLY due to their one technician Jason. The other technicians like others mention are all young and have no idea what they are doing. We had one technician who “sprayed” and wasn’t even at our house for 5 minutes. We had services for over a year and had several issues, one of them being our bug issue was never taken care of. Recently, a technician showed up at our house and told us he was at the incorrect house and was going to spray for free anyways. Black Diamond refused to talk to the technician and charged us anyways for a service we didn’t request. Customer service did not help at all which ultimately led us to being over this company and canceling our services.”

“Don't hire this company as they will defraud you. We hired them to remove a squirrel from the house which they charged us $400 and accomplished nothing. They will send a kid who doesn't know what he's doing and you'll waste your money and time. Hire real professionals to take care of your needs.”
