“I think Mick needs to be a little more clear on his services. I called and ask for a quote for a one time extermination, something he claims to do on his website, and he (very quickly and condescendingly) told me that he charges a lot and doesn’t think it’s what I’m looking for. He doesn’t even know what exactly I’m looking for. He asked me if it was for one time, I said yes. Why not ask more questions to figure out what I need instead of just pushing me off? Just very odd. Or update your website so people don’t waste their time looking through it and calling you only to get poor customer service.”
