“Called Bryan to come over for a wildlife removal service. I reached out to him the day of the appointment and he confirmed he would stop by. Much later in the evening, at 6:40pm, Bryan reached out with a text that read I'm sorry, I ended up having to stop working and go home and fix a vehicle. never made it to Chino today. Can I do it tomorrow?“. After explaining to him how much of an inconvenience he caused, his reply was “my family will always come first”. This guy is unbelievably unprofessional and if anyone asks me for a wildlife removal recommendation, I will tell them to NOT go here.”
