“Update to original hot headed low rating review. TLDR: Got stung by wasp in mailbox, slightly cheesed off, left low review. But the follow up was 5 stars. After I left a phone message about the wasp, I assume "Joe" called me right back, came out within two hours ans retreated the mailbox (very completely) and then brought my mail to me. Things will never be perfect, but how a person company handles it after a bump is a true test. Joe came through with flying colors and is a 5 star Original review: Hired for the first time this year. Pretty large house in the woods so lots of potential pest issues. So far nothing on the house, good. However, I specially mentioned the mailbox needs treatment also. Wasps love to build / hide in the mailbox. I don't know if the treatment was ineffective or the mailbox was forgotten but I just got a solid wasp / hornet sting on my hand. I swatted the thing away and I don't know where it ended up in the car. Now I'll never be able to go into my car again.”
