“My service rep (Michael Moore) was very professional and knowledgably with what he was going to do and then explained what he actually completed for us. Other than setting additional mouse traps around different areas throughout the house interior three levels, he then went outside (in the snow and cold wind) to remove any cobwebs that could attract spiders etc. Michael also took a number of photos outside showing potential openings that mice could definitely enter the house.
