“I really tried to make it work with Proof, but I cannot recommend their services. I hired Proof to help me with a mouse problem in my house. After many months, there was no change in the mouse problem. I contacted them multiple times to tell them that there were still mice in my home. Each time I did this, they would send a technician out to do the same service that didn’t work before. I was not informed that the technician had come until I received a somewhat expensive bill for the service. I tried to cancel my service and instead they did the same thing and bill me for it again. I finally successfully canceled my service and went to another pest company. The other company was able to rid my home of mice permanently in one month versus almost two years working with Proof. One of the Proof technicians had also told me that the reason I still had mice is that they were getting in through one of my exterior doors. The second company I worked with inspected and immediately found the spots that the mice were getting in- none of them were exterior doors. Between the poor communication, incorrect analysis of the problem, incessant billing, and lack of results, I can’t recommend this company.”
