“Very disappointed in the expected services. Rove was recommended by a family member so I was excited that they would perform as promised. I signed up on Friday and was given an expected service time of 2pm-6pm on the same day. No technician showed up or called. I called Saturday morning and was told that the offices were closed and we would not be serviced until some time next week. I think that this is poor customer service and a horrible first impression.”
