“NEVER HIRE THEM..... EVER My apartment complex contracts this company for pest control their treatment has honestly never helped. I got paranoid and thought maybe they don't even show up. They don't..... I left a camera in the apartment, they were supposed to come on 28th of December. My apartment did not want to believe me, latest they called them and they confirmed that they couldn't "get in the apartment" didn't do anything about it left. I had a whole invasion of cockroaches after that. After that they scheduled emergency treatment in few days. They never showed up again, I let the apartment know they contacted them and the person apparently got addresses wrong..... tell me this is not embarrassing... so the third time, I asked the apartment to escort them to the right apartments since their employees think that no one will notice that they are not there or, they can not read numbers, or i don't know... I will only vaguely mention the smell that stays in the apartment after their visit. EDIT: When they finally came on third try and apartment complex escorted them to the correct apartment, they left poisonous baits on the ground, which, dont get me wrong, after 2 months of trying to get them to spray is amazing that there are evidence that they actually did something. However I have a cat, apartment knows and it says so on the door. And this paste was put on freely accessible location, so if I wouldn't see it, I could have my cat prisoned... ... ... My apartment is Island drive apartments Ann arbor, they are contracting the service. I'm sure you can find it in your documentation.”
