“Whatever you do, don’t call Griffin Pest Solutions. We received services from the Griffin location in Livonia. I was told on the phone that I was signing a one year contract that could be cancelled at any time. After my year was up, they kept charging my account for services we never received. They also promised to let me know the date & time a technician was coming, and that the technician would ring the doorbell and/or knock and let me know when they arrived. This never happened. I should tell you that all of the technicians we did see were very nice & did a good job, but If you sign their contract, it is for a lifetime unless you pay a two month cancellation fee. This is the opposite of what they told me last year to get my signature on the contract. I am very disappointed in this company and do not recommend Griffin Pest Solutions. Call another company that is more transparent and honest in their business transactions and the service they provide.”
