“I spoke to Tracy regarding spraying perimeter of my condo and I didn’t want them spraying my widow sill. She kept repeating that 3feet up and 3 feet over which I didn’t understand what she meant. I said to her that I don’t understand when she lost it, started yelling and repeating the 3 ft policy. I haven’t had a business go off on a customer the way she did.
