“My contract very clearly states that cancellation can be done by emailing a cancellation notice. I imagine this is there because they are probably VERY good at convincing you to stay. With the amount of BBB complaints.. I am sure that someone forced them to allow cancellation via email. Well, my CONTRACT is very clear in that cancellation via email is acceptable. I tried cancelling via email and the staff advised that due security concerns I must call and speak with a sales representative about why I am cancelling and confirming my identity. Yea. Nope! Not going to get sucked back in by your scam artists. I cancelled via email as per my contract. Greenix is now refusing my cancellation. Anyone have similar experience? Working in drafting a class action suit should this go further”
