But when we call they said they were too busy and would call us back. They never did. We called back several times and would just get a machine. Left several messages and no return calls. Their technician turnover is very high, which means the person showing up at your home may have only been doing their job for a few days; do you think that will equate to quality service? Their call center is starting to outsource functions to the Philippines, so if you need to get a hold of them, be prepared to wait a while. The average age of the company leadership is sub 30 yrs old, which also means that decisions are made based on what is easiest for them, and not based on experience, education, or common sense. As a former employee, my expereince was anything but positive, and a company that does not treat its employees well will not and cannot treat it's customers well. I asked to be treated with more kindness, trust and patience and not to be micro managed and was told "That's not how we do things here..."”
