“I would highly discourage signing up for their service if you think you would have any reason to cancel before it is done. It took us 3 phone calls…the last one being transferred back and forth to different people trying to keep us and sell us more. We knew there would be a $200.00 cancellation fee and we told them from the get go that was fine. That we just wanted to cancel. My husband had to get really angry before they finally just did what we asked and cancelled. The reason for cancellation in first place was it was too expensive and the contract was way too long. And we just wanted out of it. The techs were nice enough but $175 a treatment when he was here maybe 10 minutes? No. We can do it ourselves. But if it was just that I would have never left a negative review. That part wasn’t enough to have me leave one. It was the high pressure tactics to get us to stay. So I would never recommend them because of the tactics they tried when we wanted to cancel. I have never had that much pushback to cancel a contract before. It was really unbelievable what it took for them to finally just do it. So for that reason I do NOT recommend.”
