George explained in great detail how things work and what can offer after taking a look around. I didn't go with the company right away. When George reached out again we set up agreement which George went through and made sure I knew what agreement is. Nothing was hidden. He made sure I knew is year committed or need pay fee and told me what fee is and it is clear in agreement I signed. Also said things may get worse at first and that will come back in 30-45 days to do again and then go on quarterly basis. Also explained why not to call them out to redo until after second service (one at 30-45 days after initial). David came out to do first treatment today and he was great.
