“Unfortunately my entire experience was an embarrassment. I called and inquired about having my yard examine for possible rodents or voles. Not knowing what was tunneling under the crawlspace. I signed up for a year. Service put a credit card on file. The first visit a gentleman came out and literally was here seven minutes throwing deterrent for God knows what, I was supposed to get a consultation and discuss my concerns and then have a plan of action. This never happened. I contacted the company and terminated the policy after $132 was taken from my checking account. This amount was refunded today. Another gentleman showed up, today after cancellation and rang the doorbell and proceeded to walk around the property. This was not authorized and I didn’t appreciate it. I was told that the gentleman was there to remove traps. There were no traps. There was no plan of action and poor communication unfortunately all I can share is my experience. When I called and talk to the manager, he was annoyed and said , sorry and hung up”
