“I contracted for the rodent exclusion service and they never completed the service. They used some screens over exterior vents but left some uncovered and never returned. It’s been over a year, I still get mice even with the contracted mice bait service every three months. I have called and they say I will hear from a manager but no one ever calls.”

“I have had their mesquite service for years, but the past two years have been horrible. Recently they were schedule to come out as follows: 8/4-no show, 8/14-no show, called 8/17 to complain was told they’d have someone out that day-no show, called again 8/19 was told someone would be out before noon 8/20. Called 8/20 at 1pm was told they were dispatching the technician - again no show. I have left several messages asking for a manager to call me and have not received a call!! Horrible customer service. Weather was not an issue on any of the dates mentioned.”
