“We had our regular pest control service today for ants and crickets outside, and I also asked about the mouse issues we’ve been experiencing in our home. Loic was incredibly helpful and proactive. He brought in mouse-prevention boxes and, with his shoe covers on, carefully inspected all potential entry points. Under our stove, he noticed that a previous bait box had been fully consumed—clear evidence that mice had been active—so he replaced it with a new one. He then went down to the basement to remove our old traps and place fresh boxes, and also inspected the garage. Loic was very thorough in identifying areas that might allow mice to come in and placed the boxes strategically, including in spots I specifically requested. Afterward, he finished the outdoor pest control service as well. Loic was extremely professional, kind, and detail-oriented throughout the entire visit. Highly recommend this company—especially if you’re lucky enough to get Loic!”

“Regretfully signed a contract with this company. Wish I could give 0 stars. Andrew Henson came to our door (walked here and came through the woods on the side of our home and said his car was parked on the shoulder of the road). We signed up for the mosquito service since we live in a wooded area. After seeing no results after the first spray, they said it could take up to 21 days to take effect. We were skeptical but let them come again. Then Amari Petty showed up and only sprayed for about 5-10 minutes directly around our house (no other areas that were indicated in our contract). I physically watched him. Still, no change in bug bites around the home. Then we go to cancel the service and note our previous complaints and they still charged us $250 to cancel. There was zero decrease in mosquitos the entire time and then they continued to try to sell us services as we tried to cancel further frustrating the matter at hand. They do not care about the consumer at all.”
