“If i could leave - stars i absolutely would. I live in an old house and unfortunately just didn’t receive the results i wanted with this company. I switched to a different service which just worked better i communicated i did not want anyone else to come out however someone was sent to my house without my permission and began spraying. The man knocked on my door part way thru and said i needed to call the office. I informed him i would not be calling the office and didn’t want anyone to come out. I agreed to sign that he was there for exterior only and he left. I initially refused to pay the invoice because they are trying to bill me for a whole service when they only completed half the service. I finally caved and paid for half the service since that’s what was completed but am still being harassed and told i need to schedule someone to come out. I’ve had to block someone named Paula who kept texting me despite me specifically asking not to be texted. After i blocked her number she sent me an email. Its a horrible business practice and i could not recommend avoiding this company more.”
