They easily could've said "Sorry you missed it". They are also informative and helpful, and want to give you the right information to manage your expectations and finish the job. Highly recommend!”

“Like many others have said, the technicians do their jobs, and do it well. The company, however, isn't great. I never got notifications for the automatically scheduled appointments, so I constantly had technicians showing up unannounced. After about 5 or 6 times requesting that I NOT be put on the schedule automatically, I was told that's not possible somehow? They, for some reason, can't manually schedule people's appointments. Which is truly ridiculous. So, now, not only was I having technicians show up randomly, I can't even choose when my treatments are. I want to note that it's important for me to choose my own schedule and KNOW when people are coming by because I have a Great Dane that was abused in his past, and he tends to be aggressive towards strangers unless properly introduced. So, when people show up to my house on random days and times, I can't prepare myself by letting my dog outside. Additionally, I've been charged several times when NO treatments or work have been done. I've now had to ask 3 times to be refunded because for whatever reason the refunds "haven't been processed." TLDR- technicians are great, but company has sketchy practices and is incompetent. Just do yourself a favor and go with someone else.”

“Do NOT use this company. They are shady and incompetent. Our Association used them to deal with a rat problem, and while the technicians did their job, the company itself failed miserably. We ended our relationship with them at the end of September 2023. Despite that fact and close to a dozen conversations via phone and email they continued to come out in October and November. At least 3 times we were assured the situation had been corrected yet they continue to try to collect on unauthorized services as recently as today. Find another company to use!”
