“Unreliable and disorganized. Didn’t complete the job per our agreement which included filling in the gaps of our home. We were ghosted and had to dispute the charges through our credit card company to which Jeff tried to claim that services were rendered however the text messages prove otherwise.”

“I had a rash/bites that my dermatologue could not distinguish whether were due to bites by an unknown bug or some other reaction. Initially, Jeff treated my house with the regular pest solution but also warned me that it was not effective to potential bird mites and if they were the problem, I may need a follow up targeted treatment that he would perform for free. He checked the perimeter of my house and pointed out other issues that may cause pests in the future. The treatment and overall assessment was through. I did not need the follow up treatment but I appreciate the attention to detail and the overall approach.”
