Not only do their treatments work great work, but what stands out the most to me is their excellent customer service. Every single team member that has treated our house has been so kind and professional which seems rare to find these days. I wish I remembered all of their names, but Leo stood out at our last treatment. I asked him on the spot if he would look into a bird that got into our attic. He had to climb up through our closet and hoist himself up but was willi by to do it! Sounded like he didn’t have a particular tool on hand that really could’ve helped him, but still managed to find a workaround to patch the area where the bird got in. All with a smile on his face. “Signed up as a new customer with Brody Brothers based on their good online reviews. Service was performed by young technicians on 4/27. Immediately upon departure of the technicians, I noticed a significant and deep scratch over one foot long on newly finished hardwood floors. This scratch occurred directly in the area where the technicians were working around our dishwasher. I informed the company within 5 minutes of my discovery of the issue, and the same technicians returned back and apologized. A few days later another field manager came and inspected the damage and apologized, informing me they would reach out with resolution. Shortly after, I received a call denying liability and that they would not resolve the damage they caused on our hardwood floor. Depot manager refused to request owner of company or any senior management to call me back and stone walled any further action by Brody Brothers.”
