“Reviewing this product is quite challenging. While the actual product itself delivered satisfactory results, the experience with their customer service and business practices fell short of expectations. My initial engagement with them was around two years ago, during which I was impressed by the effectiveness of their product. However, a significant issue arose when their technician drove through both our yard and our neighbor's yard, leading to the need for extensive reseeding in both areas. Returning to them two years later, we were provided with a quote of $250 upfront and $50 monthly. Unfortunately, upon signing up, my husband was only presented with a box for credit card authorization and was not given the opportunity to review any agreement. Subsequently, upon contacting their office, they presented us with an agreement that we had never seen or agreed to previously. Upon reviewing our account, it became apparent that we had been charged $650 upfront and $150 monthly without our consent or knowledge. It is essential to be cautious of potential bait-and-switch tactics when dealing with this company. Despite the effective product, the lack of transparency and questionable billing practices raise concerns about the overall integrity of their operations.”
