“Disappointed, I signed up through Angie’s. I received a quick response and set up an appointment for the next day. During the initial process I provided my email address. I was informed that I would receive a report after the inspection, and one would be emailed to me. After the inspection I was told there was evidence of termite activity with wood located on the property. I did not receive a report. Checking my email, I received a form to sign up for a costly service. I called and requested the report. I was informed that one would be uploaded. The day passed and I called again. I was informed that Senate needed to get in touch with the inspector and that once that happen the report would be uploaded. I called the next day and was told the same thing. I requested a call once the report was uploaded never happen. I called again and was told that the inspector had not uploaded the report and that it would be done by 5:00 pm. This is unacceptable. I paid for the inspection on the first day I contacted Senate. Still waiting on report!!!!”

“Today’s issue - mice. Don inspected interior area and showed me where traps would be placed. He was very friendly and informative regarding future prevention. Don also answered questions I had about my next issue, pantry moth eradication. Again, he was very informative and answered all of my questions fully. He even gave me a couple moth traps to put out in the meantime. Excellent customer service!! I recommend you ask for Don/Donald for your Senate appointments.”
