“Man I was up there visiting my Aunt and she had an appointment with Paramount to come out to the house for a service call. But anyway this dude Xander calls her up and gives her about a 10 minute heads up that he is almost there. He gets there and I'm just letting them do what they do, and when Xander came in and started talking to my Aunt Mary, you would think they were friends for the last 20 years. I live in North Carolina and it's common to see polite people but this was beyond being polite. Dude remembered like all the past service calls and asked about the spider under the deck to make sure he was gone. Honestly it blew me away to see this, and we need more people and businesses in the world like this! I called up Paramount and had to tell the dudes boss what I just seen. Aunt Mary said she has had a few techs come out and they are all like that, not like Xander but all really nice. It was really cool that's all.”
