“I have used bama for years at my own home. My daughter did as well. The last time we' used them, the service did not work, which was a surprise, as it always did before. We called immediately, and were told we'd recieve a call from the technician. He never called, and made numerous attempts to reach him. Two weeks after the service that was a complete failure, which they charged her anyway, I called to speak with the manager. He's completely dodged every call, with the promise to call us back. He never did. They've turned a situation that could've easily been fixated, into a this. They have lost our business, as well as the rest of the family, and friends that used to use to them. I wouldn't recommend dealing with this company. It's been nothing but a nightmare.”
