“The first time they came over it was raining so they only sprayed inside which was fine but I asked specifically if they would knock down the spiderwebs when they came back to do outside and I was told yes. Today they came back and didn’t knock down a single web. I’m in a new house that has terrible spiders in almost every window and doorframe. I am very upset that they didn’t do what they said was going to be done and when I called to ask about it no one apologized and said they probably sprayed the chemicals. Rude customer service! Very upset that this couldn’t be done and canceled the whole service and had to pay a $100 cancellation fee. Again I was told this service would be done and I paid for it!”
