“This company my building uses. I had bedbugs. The second visit was not a good experience. I have an elderly person in my home and very limited to mobility. I told the guy please i dont have anywhere to go with this person and we can't do something more than 2 hours in the hallway if needed. This elderly person is very frail please don't over do the spraying and chemicals we cannot afford a long wait time outside of this home.. Long story short he sprayed and stank up everything including the mattresses and was forced to stay outside the home for about 6 hours. Luckly a neighbor let us go into their apartment but that was a miracle. Also, he was supposed to arrive at 11am and arrived at 2pm. I explained from the beginning my situation. I am very dissapointed and I wont use them ever again. I think it would be best a company that inspects and then advises what the plan will be even if it is for the 2nd visit as the bugs werent eradicated in the first round of treatment a few months earlier.”
