“I am a landlord, I’m renting out my childhood home. My tenants called me on Friday that they had roaches and bedbugs. I contacted this company We set up an agreed, inspection, immediate treatment of roaches if found, and then to contact me about the bedbugs and how to proceed. They made the Appointment directly with my tenants for the very next day. He inspected . He found roaches and immediate treated the roaches as agreed. I was contacted and we agreed on the three treatment plan we are dealing with a moderate bedbug infestation. So far they did the first roach treatment, the inspection, and the first intensive bedbug treatment. They are going back in approximately two weeks to do the second treatment for the roaches and a second treatment for the bedbugs. I found them very professional ,they explained ,and they follow their agreements. Edit: All of the bugs are all gone and has not happened again since”
