“Terrible company. Two of their techs, Wes and Dillion do not know how to open a simple gate. When I asked Barrier to fix it, they offered me a credit. Like I was going to continue using their service after they damaged my property. Twice. The manager was useless and never actually called me, he made the receptionist relay his message of a credit. No apology for the damage, no reassurance that the techs would receive training on proper gate operation, nothing. He or she was too cowardly to respond to me themself. I would highly recommend using anyone but Barrier.”
