“The only complaint we have is when they come to remove the lights, our front yard is littered with plastic clips, and this year we noticed several on the roof. Also, I understand knocking on the door to let us know you are here, banging on the door is really over kill..my daughter literally jumped out of how loud they banged on the door..( which we have a door bell) this is a few years we have this service for our lights, we are happy, with this minor issue that definitely can be fixed:)”
