“Singed up for lawn and pest last Aug Never had a technician contact me in any way shape or form re pest or lawn. Never knew when they would show up. Never let us know they were even here. We have pets and they should have let us know they sprayed outside. Called and complained on Nov and no one called me back. Yard looks horrible Called again and. Om plainer and a manager called and gave me the party line that they would be coming but did not say anything about looking at my yard and trying to assist to make it look better. They will not refund any money due on the contract. So beware of this business as they make promises and do not deliver. Absolutely horrible service and attitude toward customers Am going to OTOW resident services and filing a formal complaint about their services and filing a complaint with the county and state re. Business practices and false advertising. Do not use this business”
