“We have used Turner Pest Control for years and never had a problem. Recently, we noticed that no one was coming as scheduled (we have a Ring doorbell and a big, unfriendly dog). There was never anyone on our property, ringing our doorbell, or captured on our video camera. The technician noted that he was here when he was not. I found an issue they should have been handling but were not, and called to cancel. I was told that even though I am the account holder's wife and have been authorized to act on my husband's behalf FOR YEARS, I could not cancel the account without his verification. The email address is clearly my name (it's my own URL), and the phone number on file is mine. The receptionist hung up on me. I was not being rude at all, she stated that she did not know how to explain it to me any clearer (sic), and then hung up. I would NOT recommend this company.”

“Turner Pest Control has been nothing but a nightmare. Because of their incompetence and negligence, our once healthy lawn is now completely dead, leaving our yard an eyesore. Nearly a year ago, they promised to replace the sod, but after 11 months of back and forth, and constant excuses, they are now going back on their word. We paid for new sod and landscaping two years ago and trusted Turner Pest Control to maintain it, a huge mistake! The revolving door of techs, lack of knowledge, and lack of a real plan shows they have no clue what they’re doing. This company does not honor their commitments, nor do they have the knowledge or professionalism to provide the services they sell.
