“My 77 year old mother is taking care of my 99 year old grandmother. Prior to this, my mom brought someone in need that needed a home for 4 months.. unfortunately this person brought bed bugs with them. My mother needed treatment so I sent her over $2000 to have it done. This was done in October and the person that brought the bed bugs was no longer there at the time. Fast forward to January, the bed bugs are still there. The pest control service said its past 30 days and won't do another service without getting paid again (another huge sum). Terrible company taking advantage of the elderly. Should be ashamed of yourselves, truly. Karma will come back.”

“If I could give zero stars I would. Paid $1300.00 up Front. They were great for the first couple of weeks . Then I had to call repeatedly to get them to come out. Then found out I paid 1300$ for trips and peanut butter … I was told that they put a trap that would alert them every time it caught something never unplugged device in my kitchen and still had to call them to come out repeatedly. My son and son in law and my self had To empty traps because they did not come out … tried to get management to call back … nothing … finally he left a message tried to call him back nothing … So I completely wasted 1300.00 dollars gave up on calling it was pointless.”
