“We had a pretty serious mouse problem and weren’t even sure how bad it was. Based on droppings and activity, it was estimated to be 20+ mice, which is… not great. From the first call, these guys were outstanding. Justin, the owner, spent 20+ minutes on the phone with me walking through the situation, explaining what was likely happening, and answering questions without rushing me or pushing a sale. He was also completely upfront about pricing before anyone ever came out. No surprises, very reasonable, and clearly competitive. He then connected me with Ryan, who came out the very next day. Ryan was awesome. Super knowledgeable, clearly knew what he was doing, answered a million questions, and never once tried to upsell anything. No subscription model, no pressure, no scare tactics. Just “you’ve got mice, here’s the solution.” Traps were placed strategically, the plan was clearly explained, and since then we haven’t seen a single mouse. Not one.
