“I woke up in the morning to find a swarm of bees prospecting 3 sides of my house. It was so bad I was not able to go outside and I found 12 dead bees in my living room. I met Robert; he was very courteous and met me promptly. It ended up being a false alarm as all the bees left by 2PM. Nevertheless, Robert left a good impression in me. “I would like to highly recommend BeeSmart Bee removal! I had a bee problem at our cabin in Idyllwild and I called BeeSmart. I was able to get an appointment in 2 days through Nikke. She said Robert, the bee whisperer, would call 30 minutes prior to coming out and he did. It was near dark when called and I was concerned Robert would not be able to see. Robert said, no problem, he carries lights to work in the evening. Robert found the bees (I wasn't there) offered a solution, eradicated the bees and sealed the holes in the eaves. He was able to get it all done in one visit, although it was late. Did not leave till the job was done. Robert and Nikki have been taking care of bee problems exclusively for 25 years. I am very happy with their service.”
