“Called Thursday due to our daughter being stung near a burrow within our condo complex that we have a contract with. They scheduled Saturday afternoon to treat. When the exterminator got here he said it was Yellow Jackets and couldn't get ahold of anyone in the office. Offered to pay whatever to make things safe for daughter's and neighborhood kids. He refused to treat the burrow and left. Unbelievable. Also had the same gentleman stop by randomly asking access to the interior of our unit without scheduling it. Confirmed with the lady in charge of the HOA that they never did contact anyone concerning the treatments before hand. Customer service seems to be poor with this company who appear to be big enough to loose clients for volume over quality.”
