“Our entire family used them for years, but will never again. When we found out one of our houses had termites, the lady we dealt with at Hadley’s was cold, rude and uncaring. We were panicked and needing help and answers. She made it clear she did not want to deal with us, even after over a decade of paying them. She sharply told me more than once, “I already answered this question for your mom.” Instead of answering my questions about termites and damage, she told me to Google it. I requested a copy of our contract via email and she never sent it, even though she said she would. She was so annoyed and mean while I was kissing her butt desperate for answers. It was a kick while we were down. This is the only bad Google review I’ve ever left.”
