“No complaints about the service at my home but the customer service/dispute resolution at the office is subpar at best. I had their service at my home for the monthly service charge of approx $50 per month in early23/late 22. We decided we no longer wanted the service and called to cancel, which they say never happened. They continued to try and collect monthly payments but were unable, so they sent it to collections. If I actually owed them money, I would agree to the collections issue. However, I owe them nothing and both people that I’ve spoken to said that the money they were attempting to collect was for a FUTURE visit and that I had already paid for the previous 3 visits. How you send something to collections for a service you haven’t provided is mind blowing. All this to say, if you cancel, get something in writing. I made a mistake on that and now I’ll be fighting it to ensure it doesn’t touch our credit. Then they call me back today and say for $180 we will remove this from collections and perform the initial visit again at no cost….nice try, you’re charging me 180 for the initial visit “We’ve been trying to contact you about this issue” yet when I call they had no number attached to my account….interesting”

“Loved this company when I first started using them. However with time I am not happy anymore. You get notified that your appointment is scheduled less than 24 hrs away. You can reschedule, but it's a pain and the technician almost always calls you the next day saying they are on the way even though you rescheduled. Just an overall pain. I would like to be able to have a weeks notice of my appt. So I have time to make sure I am home and everything is picked up from then. Bug are still constantly in my house. Will be canceling and just getting some spray myself.”
