“I had a wasp problem in the enclosure part of my chimney. Big Jon came out same day I called and said he had someone who could come get on the roof and take care of it. I went ahead and got an indoor/outdoor pest spray because, well why not? They are already here! Adam came out yesterday, up on my roof, realized I had a LOT of wasps, and came out again today to finish it up. He took the time to answer my questions, spray it all thoroughly and find the places the wasps were entering through and sealed it up. He seriously took his time and didn’t rush through it even though there was so many wasps. Whether it’s a pest control or a wasp issue, call Big Jon. Between him and Adam you’re in great hands.!”

“The service tech, Adam, went above and beyond, was polite and helpful. Their prices are very reasonable too. However, I was under the impression that they provided other services as live traps, but was later informed they do not. So they were not able to work with me to get the opossum(s) out of my attic. I would definitely recommend Big Jon’s pest control.”

“They were not prepared when they came to my house to spray for German roaches. So they had to reschedule another appointment for Thursday, November 2 @ 1:30. They came prepared to spray for American roaches. We had already emptied all kitchen cabinets on Friday before our first appointment. So now we had to wait until Thursday to put our kitchen together again. Then they did not give us a prep sheet until the day before. I called them and that’s why they finally sent me a copy of the prep sheet. And it required a lot of prep work to get it done. So I cancelled the appointment with big Jon’s. Lack of communication was the reason I didn’t use them.”
