“Found termites in my detached garage which was quite alarming. Called around to see what prices I could get. Dave’s company was the most straight forward and even did a visual inspection of my house’s crawl space to see if my house had been affected (other companies just gave me quotes in the thousands to treat both structures). Dave was a straight shooter and told me to save my money and just treat the garage. All in all I saved aboit $1200 with Dave and had peace of mind that I wasn’t getting shafted of more money that I needed to spend. The garage was about 26x26 and was finished in about 2 hours. “Really appreciate how honest and straightforward service was. Spoke to them about a black ant issue I’d had most of summer. The “water” bugs aka cockroaches & he let me know what the plan would be. The service tech said this is what we will do, if you have any issues with in 30 days call us. If you want to do a bi monthly service let us know. This is what it costs. After this first treatment things should be better. You might need another spray. If you do call us. I like Dave’s because their service is guaranteed 30 days from service date. Also if you do a bi monthly spray you are covered from spray to spray. They are not outrageous. They are also quick to get you in as a new client. Definitely recommend giving them a call.”
