“While they did help us resolve the problem with bait boxes, the customer service end seemed to be a mess. The first visit we paid the "technician", the initial payment. a month later, they had claimed the first visit was never paid for, and that we did in fact need to pay for the visits the technician told us we weren't going to be charged for. We paid for the initial visit (almost $500). It wasn't until we provided proof of payment that they removed that from our balance. The card number they asked if payment came from, wasn't even ours. Definitely an issue with communication between those in the field and and in office.”
