“They’re supposed to call me before they come because they have to do the basement as well. They rarely call, they come without notice and do only the garage, and they claim they did the job and charges full amount. There’s no evidence of them afterwards and I can’t tell if they truly came or not. They also missed sending me the bill, then their accounting got messed up. There were 8 months of service, and I sent 8 checks, but they’re too stupid to understand that. I’m still dealing with this. I am fed up with them. I will terminate their service contract tomorrow.”

“I don’t know what is going on there. You can’t get in touch with anyone in the office. I was set up for monthly treatments and they just stopped. They never did my cluster fly treatment. They are impossible to get in touch with.”

“Used them when we had carpenter ants on our deck several years ago. Due to the area we live in we have ve maintained monthly treatment for several years however they just don't seem to care about their business anymore. Last year they missed us a few times. Now this year they skipped July, we called in early August and they had no excuse but agreed to have a tech come out. Now two weeks later I called and they still had no excuse why they haven't sent a tech but indicated ge should be out Friday. I indicated after years of service this is unacceptable and we will have to look elsewhere for future treatments. The response was basically okay do what you have to. So their techs don't have to show up, then they don't have to call when they say they will and the office workers basically don't offer any excuse and agree that you can go else where. I want to be clear i wasn't rude during either call and was just confused why service disappeared. Maybe their plan is to only show up on your first visit of the year bc that is full price and the remaining visits are discounted. Just beware before you work with them.”
