“I am so not happy with this company. They came out three weeks ago and we were told that if we still had an issue that they would come out again and retreat for FREE!! Called them again and specifically asked them if they came out again if I would have to pay anything and was told that since it is LESS than 30 days then NO i would not be CHARGED!! Got a call the day they were supposed to be coming out and was told that it would be a FIFTY dollar UP CHARGE. That is not right. If you would have done your job right the first time, they you would not have to come back out. So not happy with this company and the way they decide to do business!! I do NOT recommend this company.”
