“This Business has provided the worst pest-control service we have ever had. Every time it is a different associate, some of them have no idea what they are doing and don't address the issues we brought to them and now claim "well the technician never documented this." We called multiple times with concerns and even expressed concerns to associates who came to our property. So this company does not keep appropriate notes and documentation. I called yesterday to speak to management to address the poor customer service and the poor pest control service we received and was promised a call back or text message with when the manager can meet me at my property today to address these issues (which include breech of contract). Now when I called back and spoke to Tonya, not only was she unfriendly, she did not hear my concerns and just tried to get me scheduled, which I accepted, but I told her regardless I will need a call from her manager, which she told me is Joshua, to address the issues. She told me he is not in office. I had to keep pressing her to relay a message, which at this point I am not sure she will even do. She did not seem professional and now even denied us the service we are paying for and cancelled our appointment for Saturday without my consent just because I want to speak to her manager regarding the poor experience we've had with this company. Pest-Pro has now proven to us over and over again that they do NOT care about their customers and are not willing to even acknowledge or address the issue appropriately. For your own peace of mind please seek out another company. There are better companies in the area and they are also more affordable than this clown circus!”

“Kevin was sent to my house for the first service in November which I paid for in cash that day and gave him a generous tip and a very nice review, only to find out he pocketed my cash instead of turning the money in. Finally after a month of calling them to fix my account he supposedly turned in the money for the service I paid for (a month ago) this morning. Oh and there are still bugs in my house so I feel very cheated by this company.”
