“EDITED : I am not sure what happened to Black Diamond. We had been customers for years, with a service contract to spray the exterior of our home and interior as needed ; and if bugs persisted and came inside they came and sprayed the inside of our house. The last few visits they’ve been pressing a service upgrade, from $600/year - to even more. They just charged us to spray the interior of our house because we’ve been having problems with bugs, which they did not disclose until they had already shown up and started spraying. Edit : After having left this review Chris has reached out, apologized for his employees error and refunded the incorrect billing. I suppose at this junction my only problem is it took leaving a negative review to get a solution.”
