“I requested a termite inspection on a Monday. I was told they were going the following day which was perfect, so I paid for it right there. 3 days later, I called to check on the letter, then I am told they had it on their schedule for that Friday, which mean, the letter was going to be released Monday, which was not going to work for my deal. When I asked why they didn't do it Tuesday as I was told, I was told they never said that... (as if i was making it up)...so I had to scramble to get another company last minute to do it. So, I will not use them again.”
