“I requested an inspection for a termite letter, I paid, filled out the paperwork, and had an appointment set for 2 weeks later. Appointment time rolls around, no one shows up, so I call and it turns out the serviceman cancelled my appointment. No one told me. I did get refunded but when I called I was told, by the lady in the office, he had only written "to avoid fraud" in his notes. I have never worked with this company before and I just needed an inspection for my refinance. I have no idea what this is about but considering they wasted my time without informing me of the cancellation, I would recommend you look elsewhere.”

“I’ve been a customer a mountain here for more than five years for some odd reason my service got canceled. Went to go call the office to set back up my service and a technician came out. Had to re-sign a whole new contract in wanting in personal information that I was not providing, without a legitimate reason, all they could tell me is that it was policy. I have since canceled service. I’m extremely disappointed in this company. Do not recommend the staff is not knowledgeable with their policies nor their services that they have, I will be taking my business elsewhere.”

“I have been a customer for about a week and purchased a package from Sales Rep/Manager Chuck on May 21, 2025. A pest technician came out and serviced the entire home; however, the termite portion of the service was not completed. I was informed that someone would return to finish that part of the job. My only request was to be notified when someone would be coming back to the house. Unfortunately, I did not receive any communication. When I called the main office to follow up, I was told by a representative named Tina that I was “complaining.” Although Tina later apologized, the interaction left a negative impression and raised concerns about the level of professionalism and customer care. I will provide an update after the scheduled follow-up service on Friday.”
