“They do not take photos of their findings on Termite Inspections. They say they have never taken photos for 10 years and when I heard this, I knew they were not being fully transparent with me. I understand it takes work to copy and paste photos to a report, so I can overlook that, but when I had a question on some of the items on the report, they contended that they do not take photos in support of those findings. I have to find another company and I am out the $150.00 for their inspection that had no photographic evidence of a roof problem that was about $1,200.00 to fix. I am not even sure I really have an issue since the roof is brand new in 2018 with a 50 year Tile Roof. **They were unwilling to come back and take photos in support of their findings.** Office staff was very responsive and scheduling went fine. Inspector was on time and professional. Hope they decide to take photos on future jobs.”
