“We have used this company in the past and have not had a problem with them til now. I've been trying to schedule an appointment with them for the last 2 weeks and nobody has gotten back to me. First it was they didn't know what their July schedule looks like and they said they would get back to me and they have not. Will be going through a different company as pest don't care about when the scheduling is done.”

“I called this place on Friday at 7pm and talked to a representative. That representative told me that someone would call me back on Monday. No call, I waited till 430 on Tuesday still no call so I called finally got a hold of someone. They told me a specialist would be at my sometime after 3pm on Wednesday. It is now 6pm and a no show no call. I looked when they closed and it says 5pm. I called at 5 and a representative told me a tech would call me. I waited for 30 minutes no call. I called back another representative told me they would put in an urgent message to for them to call. Still no call at 30 minutes. I will not be having this company come out. First of all they wasted my afternoon didn’t show didn’t call. If I did that at work I would be fired. I have a bad pest problem, but they won’t get a red cent from me. Don’t make the same mistake as me, dont waste your time, don’t call these people they don’t need your money either.”
