“Had to come to my home twice for the same issue. Both times did over $500 worth of damage. First time (destroyed my fridge, by leaving it open for 3 days running) and got sick upon returning home. I reported it to them and got an “oh well”. Second time I went over everything with the salesman and worked closely with him to create a plan to not damage anything. The salesman guaranteed he’d be onsite to make sure the plan was followed to a T. He never showed up, and they never followed the plan resulting in $600+ worth of damage and some one used my bathroom (#2 didn’t flush and left it 3 days) for me to clean up! Reported it to the salesman, no resolution, reported it to another person in the company and was told he’d find out more details and call me back…. No call back from him. Then I got a follow up call and the person had no idea of what I had reported, so I let her know too, and got a sorry but no offer to fix the damage again. My porch door was left wide open by them for 3 days (security issue!) luckily nothing was stolen (good neighbors watching my place)!”
