“We have used them for over 5 years now and watched the customer service and product go down hill fast after the company was sold. I feel like anyone looking into this company should look elsewhere at this point. I was a big brio supporter for years but the lack of customer support, communication and care has just been beyond frustrating. We are stuck with something that only works half way for us and left to spend countless hours trying to find work arounds because it does not do what we need and any requests to solve the issue seem to go nowhere. Most of my emails are ignored and the promise to follow up never seems to happen, unless I voice my complaint on the community dashboard, then I am called and blocked. Interesting.”
