“I don’t like to leave negative reviews. I have a small business. I try to exhaust every option before I do so I have been with briostack since 2016. I am not a large business. It’s just me. I’m a single dad and money is scarce and important to me. I recently found out that they are charging me a 5.2% processing fee. They are in business with a company called card point that does the . But they drop both take a share of the processing fee. 5.2 % is absolutely immoral. I have tried to get a hold of them for three weeks. They had my account manager over my account reach out one time via email. She may have tried to call. I have not heard from her since I’ve waited. I continue to pay 5.2%. She said they’re gonna do a review on my account to see if they can lower my processing fee. That’s a really tough decision. 😂 Should we charge him 5.2% or not. That shouldn’t take three weeks and even if it did, I should be able to talk to the manager through the process not just be left to wait. I then reached out again and they transferred me to her supervisor. I then left him a message Again there was no response. I even went down to their location, but no one is there. I then called again and they had a young customer service representative Talk to me. She said she was coach how to talk to me. What kind of organization has managers that don’t even talk to their clients. She did a great job. I was very nice to her. It’s not her fault, but essentially she was coached how to handle me. I’ve been frustrated but very nice throughout the process. I just wanna talk to someone. Brio stack may not think I’m a big customer therefore I’m not a priority, but I have a very large spirit of influence in the door-to-door Pest Control world. again. I don’t wanna take this step, but I don’t know what other option I have. I am very disappointed in them.”

“Software is SLOW, and outdated. They promise you customization in the sales call but the programmers are obviously overwhelmed and have no idea how the pest industry works. Brio is the MOST EXPENSIVE software on the market with the least to offer.”

“We are new in the pest control world within the last three years. We bought and started our business and needed a pest control software that schedules, invoices, keeps track of application rates, weather, has the option to pay now or invoice, etc. Briostack is a great quality app. that does everything we need for pest control. They are always trying to make it better for their customers. Their customer service is great, we have called at all times of the day and someone always answers or calls back in a timely manner, and there here in the united states, I can understand them, and they can understand me. There are a few learning curves with this program like any application, but for the most part it is very user friendly. They do have a tech app for in the field and an administrative side. They price started at a $100/month which we were told would never change by their sales rep, he is no longer there with the company and every year the cost has increased with the rising cost of everything in 3 years we are now paying $140/month which still isn't terrible. I think the biggest thing that keeps us from getting paid with this app is when we have to invoice and it sends it through email a majority of the time it goes to a customer's spam folder and doesn't see the invoice, we do have other measures in place that is built into the system that helps mediate that. They use a third party for email, and this seems to be an issue recognizing if it is real or fake. I have heard horror stories about other programs, I have not felt that it has been that bad using this program, but it is the only one we have ever had. I would recommend to anyone doing pest control. Thanks, Briostack”
