They sent a young Hispanic guy named John. He did the best he could and I complaint about it. They fired the first guy and still charging $150 for no service he left to T-Rex straps. And a few stickers that was it the service is terrible this is a confirmation email on my cancellation and they still try to charge me My advice to anyone do not send them any money. I do not sign anything until they do the service because if you pay them before the service they’ll try to stickyou.”

“Tech did not show today and said he did? I was on the phone for 40 min. 5oclock came and still no supervisor available. New girl of two days was still waiting after 5:10 pm, for a response from tech or supervisor? (To reschedule me etc.) I told her to go home. Nobody was coming to the phone and they were taking advantage of her already. Service has been very poor and I have to ride out the contract for another few months. Very disappointed.”
