“Complete SCAM!! They sprayed my house twice within a month because the first service did nothing. Their products don’t work and their contracts are meant to lock you in to ineffective services. Now after canceling services I have Brooks harassing me about cancellation fees and have turned the account over to a collection agency. Pest control should not ruin your credit. I tried the service - hated it - now they want to make me pay them to go away. Unbelievable!!!”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY…. They are full of words and promises, but their services are horrible. Most important thing they want Is your “Bank Information”. Watch out!! Careful with verbal agreements over the phone because they’ll hold you into what they called contract! The Manager are the worst, rude, just respectful. Try to have a conversation with him over the phone about canceling the service and you will know what I’m talking about. Bottom line. I was a customer for two years, and I’m just trying to warn you all. HORRIBLE service!!!”

“Why is this place still in business?! I gave them a try and paid for the treatments that didn't work. I didn't want to continue with them so I cancelled the service. Now they have turned me over to collections for the 'so-called' contract agreement. This is the only way they can make any money. They didn't provide an effective treatment so there is no contract! I elected not to have the treatments redone bc I don't want their chemicals sprayed anymore.”
