“I feel like this is bait and switch. I was told by their sales guy my service would include mosquito service. This is my second service and I asked about ensuring they sprayed my yard for mosquitos. The service guy said he did not see that on my service order. I call up the company and apparently, it's not part of my service. I feel like their sales guy lied to make a sale. I only made that switch because it was cheaper and would include all the services I already had from my previous service which had the mosquito included. Once my contract is up, I will be leaving.”
