To add insult to injury, the earliest they could send someone was over a week away. Dealing with their services has been nothing short of exasperating. Customer service representatives seem untrained and disorganized, often avoiding questions and unable to provide straightforward answers. This has not only been a waste of my time but also my money. We’re left battling bugs with no help in sight—definitely not worth the stress or expense. When the technicians do show they do the bare minimum. After a year of service, I have found no improvement. In short, I recommend looking elsewhere if you value your time and peace of mind.”
