“Unreliable web portal, poor communication, lock you into 18 month contract. First service didn't receive report of what was done. Unable to log into portal until multiple requests to customer service. Second service technician left trash on property. Tried to cancel services due to poor customer service on those two occasions. Their only response was to discount the next service. But why continue with them when they've already let me down twice? Did it want to wait for the 3rd strike. They charged me full price for their first two services and full price for their termination fee in return for lack luster work done with poor integrity and customer service. I'd stay away.”

“Don't waste you're money! Brooks is very unprofessional and their quality of work reflects that. Part of the service I pay for is to have them remove spider webs on the exterior of the house. These photos were taken after they came to service my house. This is a first floor kitchen window that as you can see, was never even touched. I will be switching to Orkin as soon as my agreement expires in the next few month's.”

“We got them for gopher control in June 2023 they never did anything but put flags down, and haven’t done anything for the gophers, no poison, no traps, nothing they only walk around our house fumigate and leave, and today they left a note that they don’t have gopher supplies, and another exterminator will do it but no one ever does, so we pay for a service they don’t provide, are they aware people have property cameras? Are they aware people can prove all of this? when we asked why they never come out the customer rep who was super unprofessional said “oh well u know it’s bad weather”, your telling me I’m paying for a service ur not providing and telling me if I want to cancel it’s 200 dollars that is crazy! 200 is more than the monthly service!!!”
