“We were not happy with the service Robert did, we felt like he did a half job on removing the spider webs, and he didn’t remove the spider webs from the front inside of the garage, he didn’t want to service the mosquitoes device he said it wasn’t time, I had to tell him I was going to call the company then he looked at the notes and did it, but didn’t put the mosquitoes device back where he got it, he just put it by the front of the gate where he serviced it at, he refuse to spay under the gazebo and told me they don’t do furniture because of cushions and there was no cushions out on the furniture he wouldn’t even spay the ground under the gazebo or under the furniture. When he came to the door to do the inside I ask him where was his shoe covers, and he said he didn’t have any because he got a new truck, you would think if a person is going to work they would prepare well, by taken the work stuff out the old truck and put in new truck. He didn’t seem like he wanted to work, I shouldn’t have to ask him to service the inside of the house, or the garage, or the mosquitoes device, he should of read his notes before he started the job. We were very disappointed and would not want him servicing our house again.”

“The technician Marc Rodriguez never showed. I received an email saying he'd come and serviced my property. I had been home all morning, sitting in my living room he had never showed. I was supposed to get inside and outside treatment. He never knocked, never called. I still have spider webs on my eves and sidings and there was no smell of the agents he was supposed to use because the man never came. I have been on hold with customer support for a half hour now. He isn't answering their calls. They refuse to get anybody over here. Horrible service. This is the second time I have had a bad experience with Brooke's. If they come to make a sales pitch, do yourself a favor and don't lock in on a contract.”

He took time to discuss my concerns then looked around and handled my ant issue, plus made sure all website were taken care of. Overall I was every happy with the service.
